Release Notes:

Grammy-nominated rock powerhouse Stone Sour is set
to release a special, enhanced edition of their
Gold-Certified album Come What(ever) May on
Roadrunner Records on June 26. The special edition
is jam-packed with extensive bonus material. The
audio portion boasts six previously unreleased and
unavailable tracks, including an acoustic cover of
Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game," recorded live for a
Canadian radio performance earlier this year. The
bonus DVD features all four music videos from Come
What(ever) May: "30/30-150," "Through Glass,"
"sillyworld" and the band's latest "Made of Scars."
In addition, the DVD includes a never-before-seen
full concert performance. Filmed in October 2006 in
Moscow at the RAMP awards, the concert documents
Stone Sour's first and only visit to Russia, a
must-have for fans.

"Now before all of you fans get upset about a
re-release, (because I know how you are), let me
just say that I am an avid music fan and a record
collector. That's why, when the decision was made to
release a special edition, we knew that it had to be
just that: special," says guitarist Josh Rand. "We
added everything we could possibly get our hands on,
including an entire show from Russia, making it only
the greatest special edition ever! You guys are
gonna love it!"

With Alice in Chains on hiatus by the turn of the 21st century, Columbia
Records issued several stop-gap releases to fill up the space -- 1999s
greatest-hits collection Nothing Safe and the box set Music Bank, and a
year later, their first true live collection, titled simply Live.
Despite Alice in Chains inability (or outright refusal) to launch a
proper tour after 1994, fans lucky enough to have caught one of their
early tours will attest that they were quite a powerful live act. Their
detuned sound and tales from the darkside are even more sinister and
gripping on the concert stage, as evidenced by this 14-track set. With a
healthy helping of selections from their 1992 tour de force, Dirt, Alice
in Chains let it rip on such metallic standouts as Dam That River,
Would?, Rooster, Angry Chair, Junkhead, and a drunk and
disorderly version of Dirts title track. Also featured are the early
classics Man in the Box and Bleed the Freak, as well as a track that
never appeared on any of their official studio albums, Queen of the
Rodeo. Live shows what a devastating live band Alice in Chains could
be.

The 19th of May symbolized a special time for us here in
AMRC, it was time to take a look back at when AMRC was
born three years ago. Weve come a long way since then,
and would thank all the people who have supported, and
helped us in our endeavors for the past three years.
Big greets go out to all of our friends in the scene,
siteops who have been loyal to us, fans of metal music
worldwide, ANY metal bands reading this nfo, and other
metal crews in the mp3 scene.

We hope you enjoy our releases which range from black
metal to progressive rock and everything in between, a
lot of times the bands we are interested in never get
any attention because they arent trying to fit into the
current mold of mainstream music. Regardless of what
people at the RIAA, or the bands themselves might think,
we dont do this to take money away from artists. In
fact, if anything, by releasing music from these artists,
we hope to get them heard and potentially build up some
interest worldwide, and would like them to develop a
larger fanbase.

If you are taking the time to read this nfo and check out
this release, please consider the fact that the artist
youre going to listen to probably put a lot of effort
into releasing this piece of work. If you really like
the band, listen to some of their other discs, research
them on the net, because all bands in the world have
potential to help someone obtain the mood that theyre

Release notes

Dynamo is an album recorded by Argentine Rock band Soda
Stereo. It is their seventh full-length album and it
was first released by CBS in Argentina in 1992. A
highly experimental record, it failed to reach its
predecessors popularity due to many factors, including
lack of support from the bands label. It also
alienated many fans, who had a hard time trying to cope
with the unexpected shift in the bands musical style.
Nonetheless, a few songs received a fair amount of
radio airplay, including Primavera 0 and Luna Roja.

The release of Dynamo prompted a nationwide tour,
including a six night residency at Arena Obras
Sanitarias, then known as the Temple of Rock by the
local press. The band invited several up-and-coming
bands from the alternative scene such as Babasonicos,
Juana La Loca and Martes Menta to fill the support
slots at those concerts, thus giving exposure to a
scene that would become influential (and in some cases
commercially successful) over the years. In this
respect it can be argued that in spite of an apparent
commercial failure (it went Double Platinum within a
few weeks), Soda Stereo were never as influential on
the development of new bands as in the Dynamo era. It
also established the band as a sort of forefathers of
the 90s alternative scene in Argentina, even when their
role was mostly as propagandists of sorts.
