Fusionmetal - A relatively new and unexplored genre
in the world of metal. Exivious marks a first to
truly marry jazzfusion with metal into a coherent new
style. Featuring members of legendary US prog band
CYNIC and Dutch metallers TEXTURES.

With a jazzfusion backbone Exivious uses freaky metal
riffs to decorate their organic eruption of free
improvisations and complex rhythms. Guitarist Tymon
comments: We finally managed to transform a vision I
had a long time ago into 9 intense and fiery songs!

The band will release the album independently to
preserve 100 creative freedom. This is not only
evident in their music but also in the artwork. Their
self titled debut will appear in a limited 1000
numbered copies, each single copy bundled with its
own unique artwork.

Exivious is:
Tymon (Cynic) - guitar
Michel Nienhuis (ex-Sengaia) - guitar
Robin Zielhorst (Cynic) - bass
Stef Broks (Textures) - drums

G R O U P/ N E W S

We are a new group of experienced rippers who would like
to step up and share whatever we got with the Scene. We
are here to share music of all genres, styles and langu-
ages. Scene is a colorful place, different people, dif-
ferent nationalitis, languages and tastes. Were here
to try to fill the blanks, were here to share.

We are concerned with two things: quality and security.
We guarantee the highest possible quality of our stuff.
From our side we can guarantee full confidentiality and
security (in terms of sites) we can possibly provide.

Nukers gonna do their job, we gon do ours. Trust only
your ears, they will never let you down. Feel free to
check our releases with EncSpot or any other tool any-
time.

Some groups/ individuals may wonder, why ascii? The
reason for that is simple, we do not believe there is
a relation between groups using ascii and recent busts.
However, the scene and ascii are bound together. As
Team SHOCK puts it:
Security starts at home. If youre not secure, your
friends arent either. If they arent secure, neither
are you

PLEASE KEEP OUR RELEASES FROM WWW/P2P/FXP-boards. WE
DO THIS FOR FUN. WE SHARE ONLY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO
SHARE TOO THE SCENE. IF YOU GOT OUR RELEASE, NJOY.
OUR WORK IS A PRIVELEGE, NOT A RIGHT. PLEASE, RESPECT
OUR WISHES STATED ABOVE.

TORRENTS ARE KILLING THE SCENE, IDIOTS! TORRENTERS,WE
REALLY DO HOPE YOU ALL DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH/ OF SOME
WASTING DISEASE! KTNXBYE.

LET THE SCENE BE WITH US because we are the white Jedis.
Siths will be defeated, and the balance of the Scene restored ;)

We would like to say THANK YOU and greet all our loyal

all the stuff they have access to. Thank you! YOU make
it all possible, you make our team what it is now.

The initiator of BLOTTED SCIENCE, Ron has long
been hailed as one of the most singularly
unique guitarists and brilliantly creative
forces of the progressive vanguard. First
coming to the worlds attention via
WATCHTOWERs seminal 1989 tech thrash
masterpiece, Control Resistance, Ron
further stunned prog connoisseurs with his
abstract 90s outfit SPASTIC INK, put his
signature stamp on the acclaimed GORDIAN KNOT
debut album, and has toured the US, Europe, and
Japan with fellow guitarist MARTY FRIEDMAN of
Megadeth fame.

Recognized as one of the premier bassists in
extreme metal through his frenzied work with
long running death metal icons CANNIBAL CORPSE,
Alex was immediately up for the challenge of
what would shape into BLOTTED SCIENCE when
first contacted by Ron in 2005. Not only did
Mr. Hammer Smashed Bass turn out to be the
perfect deathtoned counterpart to Rons
patented madness, resulting in a heavily
collaborative effort during the writing stages,
Alex also delivers a jawdropping performance
and gets to stretch musically beyond what
die-hard fans have come to expect.

The last member to join the three-pronged
alliance, Charlie was well prepared to claim
the vacant BLOTTED SCIENCE drum throne
following the departure of both original
skinsman Chris Adler (Lamb of God) and then
Derek Roddy (Hate Eternal, Nile). A member of
fledgling experimental tech metal triumvirate
BEHOLD... THE ARCTOPUS and drummer-of-choice
for Dream Theater keyboard whiz JORDAN RUDESS,
Charlie came through under the gun and brings
incredible dexterity as well as a fearless
no-holds-barred approach to the project.
